ANSWERS
1. How do I check the ship date of my order?
If you can provide the Pelton & Crane sales order number from your acknowledgement, or your purchase order number, we will be glad to confirm your ship date.

2. How can I get the pro number or the tracking number for my shipment?
E-mail us or call us and provide either your purchase order number or our sales order number and we can check that for you. You can call the freight lines and give them the pro number and they can track your shipment. Our customer service can check with UPS or Federal Express online and give you status of the shipment.

3. I need a part number and retail price on an item.
If you have the part number, call or email us and we can give you the retail price. If you do not know the part number, call technical service at 1-800-659-5922 to find the part number. Once the part number is given, technical service can transfer you to customer service for the retail price.

Please provide us with the invoice number or your purchase order as well as your fax number and we can fax it to you. Or, you can click here to e-mail us the information and we will reply via e-mail.
